A: Yes. We clean both furnished and unfurnished properties, although the final quote will reflect the level of furnishing and the amount of work required.

Q: What happens if something is flagged after the clean?

A: If a cleaning item within the agreed scope is flagged within 24 hours of the clean, contact us as soon as possible with details and, where possible, photos. We will review it quickly and arrange a return visit where appropriate.

Q: Do you bring your own equipment and products?

A: Yes, cleaners are expected to arrive with the equipment and products required for the agreed job unless otherwise stated in advance.
